This term of matclasses is closed for booking now, apart from the pay-as-you-go Thursday classes and our Saturday Sessions. You can now book for Winter 2018 via that webpage.
At Bea Alexander Pilates, we run over thirty Pilates matclasses a week with highly qualified full-time teachers.
Our Pilates classes are divided into five levels of experience, Beginners to Advanced Level 4. Matclasses are limited to a maximum of 12 or 15 people, depending on the venue.
We run specialist classes: Pilates for Cyclists, Pilates & Yoga Fusion – energetic and restorative -, a ‘Classical’ 34 Original Exercises Pay-As-You-Go Session, Small Group Classes (maximum of 8), Small Groups for Pregnant and Post-Natal Women and our Seated and Standing class for people who struggle to get up and down from the floor.
We have a courtesy making-up class facility applicable to all block-booked classes (not pay-as-you-go).
Autumn Pilates Matclass Term 2017
- Most Classes are 14-Weeks – Monday 11th September to Friday 22nd December
- There is a Half-Term Break the week of 17th to 22nd October for all classes
- Wednesday Seated & Standing Class is booked in a twelve-week block, starting on 27th September
- Tuesday Restorative Pilates & Yoga Fusion is booked in two seven-week blocks
- Wednesday Beginners to Post-Beginners (Level 1) is booked in two seven-week blocks
- The ‘Classical’, 34 Original Exercise Class on Thursdays at Central Studio is Pay-As-You-Go.

Book and pay online from the links to the venues below. If you do not want to pay on-line, you can ring us and we can take card details and make a class reservation for you over the phone. We would need to receive a cheque or cash within three days of your reservation or the space will be opened to someone else.
If you are new to Bea Alexander please download and complete our Matclass Enrolment Form and bring it to your first class. (If you have attended classes with us before, you do not have to do this at the beginning of each term, but do let us know if your personal details or health alters)
