Saturday Sessions

Saturday Sessions give you the opportunity to do one-off, hour-and-a-half Pilates-themed classes. Every Saturday we have chosen themes, an area of the body to work on, a piece of Pilates equipment to work with, or mix Pilates with other exercise forms like Yoga. Participants are limited to 10, for individual attention.
