Saturday Sessions give you the opportunity to do one-off, hour-and-a-half Pilates-themed classes. Every Saturday we have chosen either an area of the body to work on, a piece of Pilates equipment to work with, like the foam roller or spikey massage balls, or mix Pilates with other exercise forms like Yoga. Participants are limited to 10, for individual attention.
