Spring Matclass Term BOOK NOW

At Bea Alexander Pilates, we run over thirty Pilates matclasses a week with highly qualified full-time teachers.

Our Pilates classes are divided into five levels of experience, Beginners to our advanced Level 4. Matclasses are limited to a maximum of 12 or 15 people, depending on the venue.

We run ‘specialist’ classes such as the Pilates for Cyclists Class, a General Small Group Class (maximum of 8), Small Groups for Pregnant and Post-Natal Women and our Seated and Standing class for people who struggle to get up and down from the floor.

  • Monday 17th April 2017 to Friday 7th July 2017: 12 Week Term
  • (There is no half-term this block)
  • All classes below are 12-week blocks  EXCEPT our Pregnancy & Post-Natal Classes (see their page) Prices are all after the timetable. Scroll down to see.

  • Twelve-week course, Monday Level 3, and Level 1 to 2 at Eric Liddell Centre: £146

If you are new to Bea Alexander please download and complete our Matclass Enrolment Form and bring it to your first class. (If you have attended classes with us before, you do not have to do this at the beginning of each term, but do let us know if your personal details or health alters)
