Winter Matclasses 2018

At Bea Alexander Pilates, we run over thirty Pilates matclasses a week with highly qualified full-time Pilates teachers, who also possess a miriad of other trainings such as Yoga, remedial massage, postural analysis, so they are all very knowledgeable about the human body.

Our Pilates classes are divided into five levels of experience, Beginners to Advanced Level 4. Matclasses are limited to a maximum of 12 or 15 people, depending on the venue.

We run specialist classes too: Pilates for your Back, Pilates for Cyclists, Pilates & Yoga Fusion – both an energetic and a restorative class – a ‘Classical’ 34 Original Exercises Pay-As-You-Go Session, Small Group Classes (maximum of 8), Small Groups for Pregnant and Post-Natal Women and our Seated and Standing Small Group Class for people who struggle to get up and down from the floor.

We have a courtesy making-up class facility applicable to all block-booked classes (not to one-off pay-as-you-go bookings because you can cancel and reschedule these up to 24 hours in advance).

Winter Pilates Matclass Term 2018

  • Most Classes are 12-Weeks  – Monday 8th January to Friday 30th March
  • Tuesday Restorative Pilates & Yoga Fusion is booked in two six-week blocks
  • Tuesday Pilates for your Back is booked in two six-week blocks
  • Wednesday Beginners to Post-Beginners (Level 1) is booked in two six-week blocks
  • Thursday 34 Original Exercise class you can pay-as-you-go online, book a block of six classes to be used within the 12 weeks, or buy a block of 12 for the whole term.

  • Pay-As-You-Go 34 Original Exercises Class £12.50 a class. [You can buy a six-week block for £74 and use these any time during the 12 weeks, or buy the whole 12 weeks for £146.]
