Hello! If you are a bit of a technophobe like me, Bea, this page is to help guide you through booking your Pilates classes online up to the 11th of September, making sure you find your zoom links and how to cancel a class.
Summer Term Starts Monday 29th June and runs until Saturday 29th August, Nine Weeks. We then have two weeks of 15 of the most popular online classes running from Monday 31st August to Friday 11th September. You can book for these indiviually. Passes do not apply for these sessions
Booking Summer Classes
First, Have a look at the Summer Timetable on the Online Pilates Mat Class Summer 2020 page of the website.
Click on one of the links below which is most likely to take you to the class you are first interested in. If you select ‘All Classes’ you will see the long list of all of the summer sessions. The other buttons just narrow down your search.
When you find a class you want to book for, click the ‘Sign Up Now!’ button.
This will take you to a page that now asks you to click on the dates of the classes you wish to attend. Say, for example, you want to come to Wednesday General Pilates 6.50pm, and you know you are busy for two of the Wednesdays, you can select the dates for seven of the classes. Click ‘Enrol Now’ at the bottom of the page. You then choose which payment option you think would be most suitable. These are:
- 1 Summer Class £12.50
- 5-Class Summer Pass £60 (£12 a class)
- 9-Class Summer Pass £99 (£11 a class)
- 18-Class Summer Pass £180 (£10 a class)
You decide to select the nine-class pass and go through payment. You have still paid for two classes you have as yet not booked, as you booked seven Wednesday classes from your nine-class pass.
Either now or at a later date in the nine weeks of term, you can go back in to the MINDBODY schedule and decide, for example, you would like to attend one of the new Friday ‘Neck & Shoulder Care’ sessions and a Tuesday ‘Pilates Hip & Leg Flexibility – Strength and Release’ class. Select on of these classes by clicking on ‘Sign Up Now’, and chosing the dates you wish to attend.
MINDBODY will know you have bought a pass and automatically apply the money to those classes. If you have run out of money in your pass, it will ask you to select the payment type again.
You can keep a check on your classes in your ‘Schedule’ so you will always know what you have booked for. To find this go in to your MINDBODY account and you will see a line of headings across the top, one being ‘My Info’. Click on this and you will find it opens a window which has more tabs, one of which is ‘My Schedule’ . Click on this and you will see the classes you have booked for.
Your ‘Purchase History’ shows what you have paid for and when. Your ‘Account’ shows you the count down of classes you have used and the number of classes you stil have left to use, such as 3/5, meaning you have three classes you have paid for but not taken yet, out of a five-class pass.
If you want to cancel a class you have booked, you can go in to ‘My Schedule’ and on the right-hand side of each class, you will see a blue ‘cancel’. Click on this and the class will be deleted and you will not be charged for it, as long as you have canceled 24 hours or more before the start of the class. Classes cancelled 23-0 hours before a class, or if you do not attend the class, but have not cancelled, will be charged for. It is your responisibility to cancel your classes. We will not be able to give ‘make-up’ classes to you if you do not manage to cancel a class in time.
Booking for someone else
You can book sessions for someone else, but you cannot do this simultaneously with your own booking. You have to go through the same process twice, I am sorry.If you try booking two of the same class at the same time, it charges you for two but puts only your name in the class register.
If you want to book for someone else, when you come to click on ‘Sign Up Now’ under the description of the chosen class, it takes you to the page which says ‘ Make a Reservation for’, and either has ‘Myself’ or ‘Someone Else’ to choose from. Please put the person’s first and second name in the box. For them to get the auto-confirmation email we need their email (so they do need to set up a MINDBODY account with us) or for you need to forward on the auto-confirmation with the zoom link in it so they can attend the class.
Your Zoom links for the Classes you Book
A few minutes after you book a class in MINDBODY, you will be sent an auto confirmation email which contains a zoom link for that particular class. Please look out for these auto confirmations as we do not send out the links again as a matter of course. The same link is being used for any repeats of the same class, so if you book for all nine, for example, of the Pilates & Yoga Fusion on Tuesday at 4.40pm, you will get sent one link which you use to join each of the nine classes.
The day before a class you get sent a class reminder.These are generic across all classes and do not contain links as they cannot be set as specific to your class.
We highly recommend saving your links in an online calendar on the correct day and time for your class(es) as then it is easy to find. You could also save emails from us in a special folder in your email named ‘Pilates Links’, to find them easily; or write it on a post-it note and pin it to the fridge or the front of your paper diary.
Link Problems
You will only get sent auto-confirmations if you have ticked that you want to recieve emails from us in your account. If you have not, you will not recieve them and therefore will not get sent your link. Please check by going in to your MINDBODY account, ‘My Info’ and under ‘Personal’ in the left column you will see a section saying ‘What do you want to hear about?’

Email Text We don’t use MINDODY to send these out but we might at some point and it might be worth ticking it. You certainly won’t get lots of ‘spam’ from us.
- Always check whether our emails are being sent to your SPAM box mark as ‘not spam’ so they stop being set there.
- If you lose your link, please give us a minimum of 24 hours to be able to reply to you with it again as we are not in the office 24/7. Thank you.
