The Class Scheduling and Booking System

We use software called ‘bsport’ to administer our online booking. You can see their Privacy Policy and terms and conditions via this link. https://pro.bsport.io/en/legal-notice/

By booking through ‘bsport’ your name, address, email, and phone-numbers, answers to the health questions we ask you, plus a record of the classes you have booked, is stored on a database that only Bea Alexander  Pilates teachers have access to. We do not share or sell data to anyone. By booking online you are agreeing to let us send you the odd email (probably using mailchimp) reminding you about your Pilates classes and when new classes or workshops are coming up. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by using the link at the bottom of each email.

Enrolment Forms and Medical Information

We ask everyone who attends a termly matclass or studio session to fill in an enrolment form online now.

To be able to do our job as Pilates teachers, we need to ask you information about health conditions and injuries. It is very important you give accurate and current information to us, and keep us up-to-date with your state of health.

We do not discuss teaching you or any details of your health with anyone outside of our group of Pilates teachers working with Bea Alexander Pilates. We only discuss your health between teachers when you are going to see another teacher.

We may ask your permission to talk or email your physiotherapist, consultant, doctor, or other health professional if we think this would benefit your treatment. You would be entitled to see this correspondence if requested.
