Pregnancy Pilates Classes are online during the Covid-19 time.
Pilates is an ideal form of exercise during pregnancy as it works your core muscles safely, including the pelvic floor. The technique uses the breath in time with movement to moblilise, strengthen and stretch your body. It helps your body cope with the changes of pregnancy and birth, stay fit, healthy and prepared. All of us at Bea Alexander Pilates are trained to teach pregnant and post-natal people. You are in safe hands.
The Classes
These Pilates exercise classes are for ten people while we are online, so we can provide safe, personal care and attention to you throughout the changes that occur to your mind and body during pregnancy and after birth. We create a friendly, supportive environment, with participants continuing to be friends long after the classes are over and their babies are born.
To make a booking, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the button to our MINDBODY site which gives you full descriptions and where you can book using visa debit or credit cards. Below is a QuickLook Timetable to show you what is on offer in 2018. (You cannot book directly from the timetable)
Pregnancy Timetable April to June 2020
We limit the number of people in a class to eight face-to-face, and ten online. This is so we can watch you, give corrections and you can get to know your class mates. This is not just a recorded session you do by yourself, but an interactive, taught class where we get to know you and you get to know your classmates.
