- If you have any symptoms, even if you think it is ‘just a cold’, please do not come in to class; be considerate of other people’s compromised immunity due to certain health conditions.
- The majority of our Pilates matclasses are hybrid with online Zoom attendance and in-person attendance. If you have symptoms 24 hours before an in-person booking, you can book out of in-person and book to attend an online class instead.
