Festive Pilates Mat Classes Online 2022-2023
We have three one-off, Pilates classes during the Festive Season so you can keep your Pilates practice going before the New Term starts.
- Wednesday 21st December 6.30-7.30pm Solstice Pilates (General Class) & Mindfulness with Bea Alexander (candle optional for Solstice meditation – a ‘gentler’ form of ‘intention setting’ )
New Year 2023
- Wednesday 4th January 5.30-6.30pm Level 2-3 Pilates (Intermediate) with Bea Alexander
- Friday 6th January 12.30-1.30pm General Lunchtime Pilates with Gill Bertram
- 1 Hour class £13.00
Festive Classes are non-refundable and not transferable to a different session or to a different person, in all circumstances, including illness. Thank you for your understanding.
All classes are held online, live-streamed via Zoom, UK wintertime. You can see the terms and conditions both on this website and on MINDBODY, our scheduling site.
