Four Weeks Taster Block from Friday 23ed November to Friday 12th December, 9.15-10.15am, with Katy Bromberg.

Special offer price of £40 for the four classes.

The class is a joyful Friday morning class, teaching you the principles of Pilates, strenghtening core muscles and mobilising your body for easy movement. Feel great for the Winter.

You can book up to half an hour in advance of a class.

Cancel a class up to 24 hours in advance and use the money to book a different class.
