Spring Term Ten Weeks: Monday 20th April to Friday 26th June 2026
We would be delighted to do Pilates with you this spring-in-to-summer, whether you are a total beginner or advanced Pilates-person, plus all levels in between.

You can attend classes in these flexible ways
📌 Book and attend the full ten-week term of classes which gives you progressive learning. This is the best way to guarantee yourself a place in class. You get the ability to cancel and re-book a different class any time during the term, subject to availability.
📌 Buy an eight-class pass to use during the ten weeks of the term, subject to availability. [a set number of these passes will be issued and bookable from the 20th of April]
📌 Attend individual classes, booking up to an hour in advance of the session. These will be bookable from the 20th of April and subject to availability.Â
📌 You can cancel classes up to 24 hours in advance and reschedule, if you cannot make a class one week; you can attend a different class any time during the ten weeks of term across our timetable.

- We run two classes which are ‘in-person-only’ – no online attendance: Monday Lunchtime General Pilates Small Group Class 12.30-1.30pm at the Yoga Room EH1, with Gill Bertram; Friday 9,15-10.15am General Class at St Oswald’s Centre EH9.
- All other classes offer both in-person and live online attendance.

- To book a term of classes, aka more than one class, please use the MINDBODY WEBSITE, not the MINDBODY APP.
- the app does not let you bulk book classes – you have to book each one individually! The app also does not let you book the live online classes, only in-person sessions. Do use the app if you want to just book individual in-person classes.Â
- How to Book the ten weeks of classes in MINDBODY
• Use the ‘Recurring Booking’ section in MINDBODY.
• Start Date: week 5-9th January 2026 – choose the first date in the drop-down list
• End Date: 30th March to 3rd April 2026 – choose the last date in the drop-down list
To select the end date, hover your cursor over the arrow at the end of the box and choose the last dateThis will automatically book you into every class in the ten-week term.
